Some services offered by U-Turn Internet
Services Ltd. (hereafter 'U-Turn Internet'), like the U-Turn Internet web portal
system or e-commerce web portal are based on software called phpnuke.
PhpNuke is free software, released under the terms and conditions of the general
public license agreement, put forward by the GNU. The U-Turn Internet web
portal system/e-commerce system therefore comes with no warranty. It is
provided to you for free, and you are free to alter or distribute it (keep in
mind that many of the system's functions rely on U-Turn Internet's server
resources, which are only available to U-Turn Internet's customers). U-Turn Internet
customers are not charged for the U-Turn Internet web portal system, but the
design (if applicable) and hosting services provided by U-Turn Internet.
