account for spamming in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or
the Terms and Conditions of your account will result in automatic
termination of your account with a forfeiture of all monies paid as
compensation for unacceptable use of the account. This is an
exception to the refund guarantee. See Also Spam

incurred by third parties for deactivation, reactivation or any
other reason.
Domain Name Refunds
Please
note that if your domain name registration has been extended by
uturn.net.nz, this
extension on the registration belongs to you, and you can use it for
any legal purpose (whether you are with uturn.net.nz
or not). As this extension
is prepaid, and is entirely yours for the remainder of the
registered period, for reasons beyond uturn.net.nz's control, no
refunds are given on domain purchases.
