One easy way to upload files is to login to the control panel for the site you want the files to go to and go into the "File Manager" section. This will allow you to upload files directly through the control panel.  Click here for future instructions. 

The other way to upload files is to use a ftp program such as ws_ftp or cute_ftp. Both of these have 30 day trials and are very good programs. With an ftp program what you would do is put the server IP in as the hostname and then connect to the site. You would then be prompted to enter in your website login and password. At that point you want to upload your files to the "public_html" directory.

If you wanted to try to ftp with an Internet browser what you would do is this:

ftp://Server-IP

For most people, this would be:

ftp://69.93.249.187

or

ftp://yourdomain.com (note, no 'www')

You then would be prompted to enter in your website login and password. You would then put your files in the "public_html" directory as well. HOWEVER, ftping through the browser is the absolute slowest method.
