So, someone has sent you a huge email attachment and you don't want to download it? You can delete it from the server (without downloading it) very simply. Just log into the webmail program 'horde' and delete it from there. 1) Log into your webmail (www.yourdomain.com/webmail). 2) Type in the full email address in the username box, and password in the password box. 3) Click on 'horde'. 4) Click on 'mail'. 5) Tick the box next to the email you want deleted. 6) Click on 'delete'. 7) Click on 'purge deleted'.
