If not, we'll refund your entire hosting package.* If on any particular month after that, you feel that your service has not been up to standard (for whatever reason) you may be entitled to a total or partial refund for that month's hosting. We also offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Our number one priority is to keep you happy! If for whatever reason you're concerned, please contact our sales team through our helpdesk and let us know.
* Please note, because your domain names are prepaid, they are YOURS for the remainder of the registration period, and they can be used for any legal purpose (whether you are with U-Turn or not), for reasons beyond U-Turn's control, domain registration fees cannot be refunded. |
