HOW DO I CHANGE MY NAMESERVERS?

If your domain is hosted with someone other than U-Turn, you'll need to change your nameservers.

Your nameservers are basically what 'points' your domain to your web host.

If you've transferred from another host, your current nameservers would look something like:

ns1.youroldhost.co.nz

ns2.youroldhost.co.nz

You need to change them to point to U-Turn's servers.

Your domain name server information is provided in your welcome letter for the particular server you are on.

Black Server

ns1.e3-black.com
67.18.87.48

ns2.e3-black.com
67.18.87.49

Pulse Server

ns387.websitewelcome.com
74.53.228.194

ns388.websitewelcome.com
74.53.228.195

To change them, you will need to log into your domain management system at your domain name registrar that your domain name is registered with.

If you do not have a domain management system, you will need to contact your domain registrar and ask them to do it for you, or transfer your domain to U-Turn instead.

With some registrars, (e.g. Telecom Xtra), this is not possible and you must transfer your domain instead.
