Your incoming mail servers are:

mail.yourdomain.co.nz

Just replace "yourdomain.co.nz" with your domain name

Your smtp servers are your ISPs smtp servers.

For example, if you're with xtra:

smtp.xtra.co.nz

If you're with ClearNet:

smtp.clear.net.nz

If you're with Paradise:

smtp.paradise.net.nz

Others include:

smtp.orcon.net.nz

smtp.vodafone.net.nz

If your provider is not listed here, please get in touch with them to ask what their 'smtp' settings are.  Failing that, you can try

mail.yourdomain.co.nz

The reason why we get our customers to use their ISPs smtp settings is because some ISPs (e.g. Xtra) actually block mail being sent through other company's mail servers.  This is called port 25 filtering.
