The
easiest way to change permissions on a file or folder is to use an ftp program.
Most (if not all) ftp programs can CHMOD a file or folder to 755 or 777 or to
whatever you need. An easy to use ftp program is ws_ftp.
You can also change file permissions through the control panel. However, there
is a bug in some of the themes which does not allow you to do this. Most themes
will allow you to change permissions, but some won't. You can find this in the
file manager section of your theme.
